Transmoged to Vengeful Gladiator’s Felweave Cowl can’t get the wings to flap. I’ve tried jumping all over the place… Is it broke or just me?

same for atiesh no raven animation when mogged. we are beta testing
Blizz told me to check Wowhead… I’m like yeah, I checked it before I bought it to see if there were any issues, but there are no recent posts about it. The only thing that was mentioned is that it’s red like the PVE one from Hyjal and that it doesn’t randomly proc anymore, you have to jump.
Before Cata the helmet would randomly trigger a “wings” animation every once a minute.
Starting Cata you should be getting the animation on jumping , this should also be obtainable by using transmog for the helmet.
At the time of this post there is no wings animation either on jump nor randomly like it would work pre-cata.
The wings animation is completely absent. To my experience, in retail this is how it would work.
