I cannot redeem my item with my Venerated Anima Spherule. I have a 298 weapon token and it’s not letting me use it at all, on any item or any vendor in my covenant like it’s supposed to. Others are having this issue as well. It’s a useless paper weight with this bug.

Yea, every page. Also, I can read. It says 298 weapon token, and I can’t buy 298 items on the 2nd page. I did due diligence by trying to buy every item on every page through multiple covenants and none of it is working. Very annoying. Other’s on GD and in game have said they are having the issue as well.
So I’ve been reading and the 298 item says it needs a 207 anima bead to buy it. So I’m guessing someone screwed up the coding. And I guess that means someone w/ a 207 bead can buy a 298 right now if they are paying attention. Great job blizzzard.
I did not say that you couldn’t, but unfortunately you might be surprised at just how rarely folks will actually take the time to glance at WoWHead or elsewhere. It is just the default of making sure that we could tick that checkbox to make sure it had been exhausted.

Yea I get you. It’s literally saying it takes a 207 item level venerated anima bead to purchase the 298 version in the vendor. Meaning the code is screwed up and my token is useless.

Ah ha, I got it now – apparently, I’m the one who cannot read! My apologies! That really is borked, so please do chime in over on the Bug Report forum too so the Devs can look into the issue and hopefully get a fix out ASAP for you guys.
Like Darth said, no Devs come to this particular forum as it’s one for players to help other players, that’s why we’re pointing you over there. Even if there isn’t a Blue response, that is where they go to collect their data and see these things.

Same here. Turn in now shows the correct venerated anima spherule at ilvl 298 but when I try to buy the item it says I don;t have the correct item despite the venerated anima spherule ilvl 298 being in my bags
I put in a ticket for mines and its been almost 2 days. How long does it take for them to respond?
I had to open a ticket, they removed the one that didn’t work and gave me one that worked just fine. Took them about six days to reply to it, though.
I know this is a bit old of a thread. I got the same token on day 1 and was told it generated for a different vendor. So, i sat and waited for the week to roll back around with no luck. I put a ticket in and was essentially told, sorry it’s been too long better luck next time.
