The conduit catch up system doesn’t really help alts if you have to grind to cordial to use it.

I can understand why they would lock some to characters, but this is just a case of one hand not knowing what the other is doing.
They put a catch up mechanic behind a rep grind lol.

It’s supposed to enable players to get conduits they haven’t been lucky enough to get as drops or Callings rewards. Just like TR was meant to help players get azerite that didn’t drop in raids (or at all after they removed from M+).
It’s not meant as a way for alts to get all their conduits without playing the game.

I meant playing the game as doing dungeons where conduits drop, or the raid, or Callings – you know, the other way you get conduits.
I don’t think you understand.
Those are the normal way. Venari has a catchup mechanic.
However, by the time you can use Venari’s catch up mechanic, you probably already have ilv200+ conduits.
Agreed. I want to purchase sockets for my alts.
Or make the socket BoA and add BoA stygia tokens.
BoA items could solve a lot of alt problems.

Just make the random conduit BoA. Sockets need to be character specific though. Also this is an expansion long zone too so frame it with that in mind.
