Vellum Enchant Bug

Enchanting Bug:

I cannot Enchant any “Shadowlands” enchant onto a Vellum.
*Note: I can however enchant onto a vellum some enchants below shadowlands.

Same… I could enchant ‘shadowlands gathering’, but none of the weapon enchants for example.
