So looking at the three rows of the vaults and the requirements am I the only one that thinks the system is backwards, or at least just “off” numbers wise?
The dungeon row takes 1 dungeon to get a slot, but 4 to get the second so that is 3 additional dungeons. And the last slot takes 8 so that is 4 additional dungeons. This would be like buying one hamburger for $5 but the second hamburger is $15 it should be the other way around. Now I had people in the past tell me, "having more choices should take more effort that is why it is 1-3-4.
Okay if that is your argument then explain the raid row it’s an equal 2-4-6 so each slot takes two bosses. “But raid bosses are longer and harder as you go into a raid so that makes sense,” okay sure that argument can be fair. I don’t like it but I can understand it.
Now let’s look at the last row, that row is 2-4-8 so the first slot there takes 2 but the second only takes an additional 2 and then the last takes an additional 4.
So once again we are looking at rows of 2-2-2 or 1-4-8 or 2-4-8 it’s like a different group is deciding requirements for each type of content.
Just wanted to add that I think it is beneficial to mix-max your vault sometimes like instead of doing 8 delves for 3 slots you can do 4 delves and 1 quick heroic dungeon.
The rewards are the same wierd ( i am not complaining ) first easily gotten and highest reward 3rd slot hardest to get ( as far as what is needed ) and lowest reward to get .
