I was offered two 668 item level pieces in my vault despite having completed 4 level 8 Delves which claimed it awarded 694 item level items. (yes, I opened it on an alt first)
Update: I tried three other alts and the ilvls have been correct.

This is why seasoned players let their vaults cook longer.

Yeah the last item of my delve (trinket) is offered on lower level than it should, but others are fine.
I got correct 694 bracers

Did 8+ Delves at T8 or higher and my last slot is a 688 item, not 694 like it should be.
Weird my delve row is all 694
necro: still happening. i had a druid alt doing nothing but t11s last week for healer achievement. i ran well over 8 delves at t11. and of course the 668 item is the only item i would have wanted in 694.
edit: 13… i checked, i ran 13 t11 delves last week. would love to see a blue reply to this
