I had my Vault page open figureing out the best one to select to help me push this season. I have 3 raid rewards and 2 on the dungeon line. I selected the set bonus head piece on the dungoen line from running time walking. Shortly after my game crashed and the head peice I selected as my Vault weekly reward vanished. It doesn’t show as being deleted. It was like I never got it. It really sucks when you are trying to get a new 4 piece set bonus for one of your earned weekly rewards to just vanish. Original ticket number was US98709379. I open my vault serveral times since and it shows I have 3 rewards coming for next week. there isn;t any items there to pick from this week. I was told by customer suppoert to submit a bug report if opeing my vault a few tiems didn’t load my rewards back up.
