Happened twice now - After killing the first boss in Vault of the Wardens on timewalking, the character DCs. A full restart of wow causes the “A character with that name already exists” error.
I had joined a timewalking where one person had been left after this happened, and the replacement group was unable to join as the “instance was full”
This seems to be happening across all timewalking dungeons with the first boss, where it’s like you’ve DCed but actually haven’t. No spells work, chat works, you can run around but can’t interact with the world at all. I was in Neltharion’s Lair just now when it happened to me.
I did a bunch of Timewalking this morning, even a Lair run, didn’t happen, the only difference with this Lair is that we killed the first boss much faster than the other group I had that had no issues.
Confirming Vault of the Warden for me also around 30 minutes ago now.
Character Unstuck service worked after I alt f4 out of the game.
Queued again and got Eye of Azshara and completed the entire thing with no issues.
I’ve run into it now in Vault of the Wardens and Neltharion’s Lair

Every single group I have been in has reported running into it multiple times.
