So the first time I did this quest, I went to the seat of the aspects in Valdraken as directed and Alex, Kalec, and Norz all shifted to humanoid form and there was a cut-scene. Then Kalec had a question mark over his head to accept the quest turn-in and get the reward.
Today, I did this on a different character, but when I go to seat of the aspects, all three dragons remain in dragon form and there is no way to turn in the quest as Kalec has no question mark over his head and there is no cut-scene activated for them to transition to visage form.
