Good morning, last week I finished a mitik 10 out of time and did not tell me in any way, I realize today when I review the reward of the vault. I finished this mitik when there were some login problems and others a day ago.

Same issue happened with me /us/Azralon/Zaks, I did a M+14 yesterday on my alt. Today I didn’t received anything on the great vault. I have the achiv, loot(from the dg) and combat log with data to show that we did it.

Did two M+15 for the KSM achievement, got gear and upgrade my key stone.
But today the vault is empty and it didn’t count to the KSM progress
Same here. Finished +14 NW, after finished M0, after wasnt able to get out of dungeon via hs or entrance. It let me out when i loged like in an hour later. And today my vault s empty…

I’ve timed a keystone 15 on Monday, June/07/2021 and it didn’t count to Great Vault, the vault is given me an item 223, instead the 226that it supposed to be
I’m also having this problem. I did a +14 NW yesterday but no 226 piece in vault.
Same thing for me. Completed +10 Plaguefall which we completed within timer and it didn’t register on my Mythic tab. My vault item was ilevel 210 for a lower level dungeon I had completed earlier.

Had this same issue. Double chested a +15 and not going in great vault for mythic this week.
Yup, did a +12 yesterday and nothing in the vault today.
For some (but not all)… if you have something already in the Vault, have you tried selecting, relogging, and seeing if there is another reward? If you forget to clear the Vault from prior weeks, you have to clear it to get current rewards.
If you have nothing and completed content, that one I believe is a current bug (based on some info from Customer Support).
Speaking for myself but I check my vault on this character every week. I submitted a ticket and the GM confirmed it was a bug for me but they told me they can’t help and to just post here.
And the dungeon I did isn’t even recorded in my armory or my m+ tab in game. It still says my highest NW timed is a 13 but that’s not true. I think if it was someone who just didn’t collect their previous vault the dungeon would have been recorded at least.
Same problem. I did a DoS +15 last night which was the last one needed. I got the achievement/mount but didn’t show up in my vault nor the mythic dungeon group finder tab. It still shows the old +10 I did. I did a +14 timed today and that replaced the +10 but +15 is still missing for DoS.
I think it did count towards the achievement but it doesn’t show up. Check raider Io and you should see these runs. It means in the database it registers the run but not the great vault/group finder. I got the achievement but have the same problem.
I have spoken with numerous players and this is a thing, this did happen on Monday 6/7 and yes my vault was empty of prior rewards. I knew something was wrong when I completed my mythic+ HOA and me and another player weren’t able to hearth out or walk out of the dungeon after killing and looting boss. I was finally disconnected and when I tried to log back it, it said that the realms were down and that they were having authenticator issues. When I logged back in a few mins after that, I could see no credit for the coming vault. I did have the new vault key for a mythic+ Spires since this was my key to begin with. I opened a ticket on Monday because the only mythic+ that I ran (which was the +HOA) was the only one I planned to do for one vault item. So, NOTHING was showing that I’d have a reward and of course on reset day (yesterday/Tuesday) The vault was totally empty. No loot, no recycled key, nada. I have been dismissed by Blizz and their copy pasta responses but I’m going to keep my ticket open as unresolved until I get a direct answer as to if my situation (and yes, others) situation will be made whole. Blizz did acknowledge that I should have had loot and asked me to submit a bug report (which I did.) I just want my loot like everyone else.

Nearly the exact thing happened to me. I completed (and timed) Mists +10 on June 7. I couldn’t leave dungeon by walking out or hearthing. So I just logged off. When I logged back on later that day, everything seemed normal. On Tuesday, I received 0 rewards in vault. Just submitted a ticket.
This happened to my husband and I as well. We did a plaguefall and raider.io shows it as being completed (and timed) and yet neither of us had chests on those characters this week (as we only that one key). Very frustrating! I didn’t think to check my vault before the week ended but I suppose it wouldn’t have mattered as it seems as if the issue was present for a while on Monday. 
Very disappointing that so far the GMs have not been helpful at all with this.
Edit: Updating to note that I was able to get the piece of gear that would have been in my vault mailed to me by the next GM that took a look at the situation. 
Glad that I was able to get a resolution and supposedly my husband should be able to get his reward once he replies to his own ticket.
Not sure who helped you but the “help” that I keep getting feels like a run-around. The third response from Blizz was another copy paste of the second response with a link to fill out a bug report again (which I did without his broken link to TBC LOL which I am absolutely not playing). He basically told me that they can’t give me the loot I earned until their Dev team has looked into the issue. So did they look into the issue for you or advance your complaint/ticket to the Dev team? I’m still keeping my ticket open, going on my 4th attempt at contact although the response time has jumped to 21+ hours now so I maybe, hopefully will hear from them by next week? It’s exhausting when the GM’s don’t seem to give a crap about paying customers and toss crumbs especially if you ask for someone who is willing to help.

Edit: After talking to 2 different GMs I got a response from a Specialist GM and they mailed me my item. Thank you very much.
