Vault Creating Loot for the Wrong Specialization?! Help

My Druids vault won’t generate loot for anything but balance specialization. I’ve swapped to feral/guardian after disabling addons and restarting the game. I still have yet to open the vault because the little loading bar says generating loot for balance specialization. Also last week when I went to the vault I had already bought the intellect staff so I swapped to feral to open hoping for feral 2 handed for feral/guardian. When is started to open the vault it said generating loot for balance so I stopped before it finished casting and disabled my addons. Tried again and still said balance. So I swapped to guardian spec and still said balance. I then restart game swap to feral and it still reads balance but I let it open thinking maybe it’s just glitch and got another intellect staff. I reported it via ticket and they said since I opened the vault then it was what it was and didn’t help. This week it’s still trying to give me balance gear no matter what spec I choose?! I don’t even play balance but once in a blue moon?

Context: I was originally a feral Druid PvP alt. I ended up playing mostly resto since it was easier to get into RBGs to earn conquest and unlock vault slots. I occasionally play as balance since I have intellect gear / weapon. I obtained the guardian flag/base sitting Lego and thought I’d try out bear if I got my weapon. Week before last I thought I swapped to feral to open the vault and was so happy when I got the weapon. Later I realized it had intellect? No big deal I’ll just use it as resto and be sure to swap to feral for certain next time. Now it’s been two weeks and I’m currently scared to open the vault because it’s still saying generating loot for balance? Someone please help me. I’ve submitted a ticket for last weeks vault mishap and have now reopened it. They tell me they don’t know of this bug but I have video proof of last week with me being feral spec and opening the vault to intellect staff after it stated generating loot for balance. It’s still saying that it’s generating loot for balance spec no matter what I do. I want a chance at feral/guardian weapons

Commenting as my Druid so a developer or technician can see my character! If someone tells me where to upload the video from my phone I’ll gladly upload it and paste the link if that’s allowed. I already took the tokens for last week but I don’t want to miss out on possibly the 3rd week in a row for a bug. My addons are all disabled. My other 4 60s are not having this problem. It’s generating loot based on my spec for paladin. Hard to tell with mage, priest, and I didn’t get one for my hunter.

This might be a silly question, but if you right click your character portrait in game, and go to loot spec, did you make sure that it’s set to current spec and not balance? You can set it to always be in one spec while in the other specs, as opposed to always swapping with you. If you reset it to current spec, it will swap when you swap.

Current playable spec and loot spec aren’t the same. It sounds like your loot spec is set to Balance.
