I went to open the vault and the character I was opening it on should have had at least two raid slots at heroic difficulty and when I went to open my vault it only awarded me two delves slots for the world quests I had done and that was it. Where are my heroic vault slots?
I have a screenshot of my completion on the raid lockout for last week but I don’t know how to post it here.

I’ve tried that already. I even tried logging out and logging back in. I also closed the game and reopened it. I didn’t forget a vault because last week I got the Wings of Shattered Sorrow.
Just to ask: Did you do the raid today? Did you remember what time you’ve get the kills? If it’s after the reset, it’d go to the next week.

I did the raid last week. My lockout is still showing my expired lockout from last week. I haven’t run the raid yet today.
The vault only shows two delves slots and the dungeons and raid slots are greyed out with nothing in them as if I didn’t even complete them. Even missing a week wouldn’t be empty for the raid slots. I raid every week.
The vault remembers all the stuff you’ve earned even if you don’t claim it. It will give you the first reward, then you close it and it will give the second, all the way up to the current one. I have never seen the vault not work correctly, it’s always been someone that doesn’t understand how it’s supposed to work, or forgot to pick up a reward the previous week and then forgot that they forgot.

Did you actually select one of the two delve items or take the tokens?
It’s highly possible you’ve been behind on pickups for a bit and didn’t realize you were always a week behind.
I got the Wings of Shattered Sorrow cloak from last week. I didn’t forget to pick up a reward. I raid every week on the character that I’m checking on and I check the vault every week because of it.
It makes no sense that it would just have two slots for delves and nothing else when I raid every single week.

Claim one of the items in the vault then leave and come back.
Even if it is bugged, you won’t change anything by claiming. GMs cannot reroll a vault even if bugged, claimed or not.
I claimed a random reward and there is nothing in the vault to claim when I open it again. It is empty.

I’ve always had the vault work before. This is the first time it hasn’t for me. I’ve never seen this before. I’m mad because I’ve been trying so hard to get the character geared because nothing I need ever seems to drop. The vault is my saving grace.
I just realised I probably should have posted this from the character I’m having the issue on.

Definitely. Hopefully no one else has this issue. It just thoroughly sucks that my DH doesn’t get squat from the vault.
