For the mission “A Multi-Front Battle” it is necessary to find the NPC Vaskarn in Dream’s central camp, but it is not possible to complete it as the NPC is in Valdrakken. What do I need to do to make it appear in Dream’s central camp?
Did you check back recently? They hotfixed duplicates of these NPCs back into the Central Encampment. They don’t do anything for Crests/Uprades right now, but maybe they returned for the quest you mentioned?
