I tried using the AH with several of my characters (Anakie, Corluna) over a 24-hour period, and no AH workers were visible. I asked another player and they confirmed that they could not see them either!

Important NPCs in the High Seat (Moira, Muradin), as well as at least the Inscription Trainer are missing from Ironforge.
Relogging doesn’t fix it, chatter in General chat confirms it as not just me seeing the issue.
Edit: Auctioneers too.

still broken, and now with achievements needing the king makes things very difficult
For some reason, this doesn’t reproduce at all in our QA environment and doesn’t reproduce cleanly on live, especially if you run in from Dun Morogh. For some reason, our internal port to Ironforge actually drops you in Dun Morogh right outside the gates, which is less than helpful for investigating this issue. 
I did get reproduction on our live servers today, though, and I see the issue though. I’m getting a report in now at a very high priority.

I cannot speak to the exact issue others have had above in Ironforge, but I have been having NPCs and quest spawns disappear in Stormwind. Most notably on the SW fishing daily in which you loot barrels of catfish. I will fly over, see a barrel, and when I land to click on it, the barrel and any nearby NPCs (usually a fisherman) fade away to oblivion. As of this moment right now, I am attempting to put mistletoe on Brother Joshua in the Cathedral. Every time I enter, every NPC fades out and disappears. I have relogged and also disabled all addons, neither helps.
And this is the character that cannot see any NPCs in SW Cathedral. Also, to make it more interesting, I changed to my 85 druid, who CAN see the NPCs in SW Cathedral. But this paladin is the one working on the seasonal achievements and needs to find Brother Joshua as soon as possible, thank you.
Edit: I need to be able to see him, I know where he is but due to this bug am unable to see him or any other NPC that should be in the cathedral.
Never mind, I figured it out. I had an intro quest for Twilight Highlands, which apparently removes normal NPCs from the Cathedral.
