Most were just odd things one could play around, like items disappearing with nobody else around. The quests where you experience story through the three Alliance characters (Ren, Sully, Amber, Little Lu) are particularly bugged, though. With one toon the audio was way off so that dialogue lines came out of order. On another toon I just kept getting booted out of Ren as if I failed although he took no damage. I had to skip these quests.
