Got the 610 timewalking version of Variable Pulse Lightning Capacitor from Firelands and ran several entire dungeons without its equip effect working a single time.
Edit: Just updating this incase a dev sees it. I think I’m just dumb. I re-tested this and the proc shows up in the Details! addon as “Lightning Bolt”… Im playing Elemental Shaman so I didn’t realize it was actually working…
