Vanish resetting quickly in beta

just saw a video of a assassin rogue in pvp and it seemed like every time his garrote ticked his vanish would reset, that would be insanely op or a bug or maybe theres a series of things that need to happen for vanish to reset but cant verify, can anyone tell me how this works?

It’s a weird beta bug where war mode will deactivate in the middle of a match. This makes all of the PVP gear scale down and they lose access to honor talents. And for some reason when this happens to rogues they can just press vanish infinitely without cooldown.

Just more alpha and beta testing on release candidate patches.

ty! damn hopefully they add something where garrote and rupture on a target ticks reduce the cd of vanish.
