The vanilla experience was much more fun.

I would agree, for some reason or another the WoW “magic” still resides in Vanilla Classic… the players as a whole will soon come to understand. My opinion, Blizzard needs to make ERA classic servers free with NO active subscription required. Do what the private servers do. Just sell mounts and toys and services for ERA server players. This way Blizzard will keep the players attention on their games. Get the latest news on the Battlenet page and so on.

WolK was garbage. it was such a garbage that during Cataclysm people were wondering if all previous expansions are remembered with rose-tainted glasses or not and were looking at WolK as the case that might break the theory.

I think I know what you mean, I levelled to 70, enjoyed all the new zones, got a flying mount but there is something missing. My time in TBC will be limited and I probably won’t resub after the first month. I really enjoyed Classic World of Warcraft and will immediately roll on a Classic fresh server if they come out.

On vanilla I find it the most fun to gank people on tbc I find myself getting bored and feeling like what is the point.
-All serious pvp is in arena
-Most good players are rich from classic and have no reason to farm
-Most farmers are bots or Chinese or both
-People can just fly away from you

Classic feels simpler and more immersive. I have to admit though. T2.5 abd t3 gear have no place in classic… way overkill.
Most game was designed for blues and t1.
TBC I don’t like… flying, arenas. Pvp is better though. Never liked honor system in classic with ranks.
