you have 2 charges, its just that both charges are being consumed when you use the ability.
it wasnt working like this and there’s no notes on the change, am I missing something? it also only generates 1 HP
same here both charges are consume but you only get 1 hammer and 1 holy power
I am having the same problem, I’ve tried different things to get it working. I don’t know why its not. Often I run into issues with the new stupid talent tree, but I’ve tried to revamp it a few times. Still having the same problem.
