I have an alt shadow priest and find that I’m not using Vampiric Touch on dungeon mobs. Is that normal?
I use Searing Nigtmare and I just cant seem to get VT off much without obviously stopping dps. How do y’all manage your VT?
Just acknowledge that you are trash on trash packs and wow the group with your boss blowey uppey abilities.

Is this a max lvl alt? What kind of dungeons are you doing? You should generally be trying to VT up to 5 targets I believe (check the spriest guide on icy veins to confirm), then SN. You’ll get more dmg from mastery that way.
Just VTouch a few in the mob… and then sear > SN away.
Nothing too crazy… very easy.
