Vampires are not a Race. Or a Class.
They are a Covenant.
By joining this Covenant you can acquire Vampire themed armor, weapons, mounts, pets, toys, weapon enchants and a couple of Glyphs (one for Rogues and one for Priests).
You also get to do tea parties and stuff. It turns out Vampires love tea and parties.

We have vampires too, they’re called San’Layn. I doubt they’ll ever be playable, but perhaps customizations someday, who knows.
And to be fair, a lot of SPriest’s kit has themes of vampirism.
