I’m trying to exchange the Gauntlets of the Protector or whatever for the Spiritwalker’s Grips in the MOP pre patch, lvl item 410 and the pop up for permission to exchange pops up, I click yes, and then it doesn’t give the item. Why?
Do you have the correct token for it? You may have a Normal, or LFR token, not a Heroic one?
