Valor ilvl upgrades at 5 and 10 as well. 5 is not high level play.

You’d be surprised if you jumped into the wrong kind of PuG.
But they can buy a pro level shuffleboard if they really want it and can afford it. They don’t have to show off their leet shuffleboarding skills or pay for boosts. If they want a pro shuffleboard for playing leisurely, that’s their business, time and money. That’s how buying things works. Just like you don’t need to be a pro bass fisher to get a top of the line fishing boat. All you need is the time and money and you can go fishing for bass in your fancy top of the line boat.
I’m not going to pay for boosts in content that I don’t enjoy. How does that make any sense? Again, no one is asking for top mythic raid gear to buy with their valor.
Oh and justice/valor bought off set gear on the outset of a patch. Idk what this catch up gearing crap is.

That’s your choice. If you don’t enjoy the content then you don’t need the gear anyways.
It wasn’t full offset. It was like 2 or 3 pieces and yes it was still considered catch up gear.
Awe. Would me only being 8/10H yet having a full set of 213 gear with some pieces bought with valor hurt your tiny e-peen? I’m so sorry. That must be so rough having a big strong M+/mythic raid ilvl that me wanting to be able to buy things with my valor for the content I am doing hurts your e-sport.

Considering that’s not an actual system in the game that’s not even a valid point.

No but you have been awfully vocal about keeping people from spending valor on gear because “they didn’t earn it.” Guess what? People who buy carries, DIDN’T EARN THEIR GEAR! And yet that’s your solution? Please tell me more about how gold carries are a fairer way of getting gear than just allowing people to buy the gear that they want with the valor they have.

Uh no I haven’t been playing much but even I noticed the bump of valor you getting doing the daily Covenant chores.
Actually I have been vocal about people getting gear that’s better than group content in solo content.

That still sounds incredibly stupid.
Not at all. If you want higher ilvl then you need to do group content to get it.
For this season. Next season when valor resets and you are under the +5 achieve, you will have a system in place that will allow you some upgrades at least.
