With recent changes to valor points I assumed you could reach a total max for the season, when the changes first started i had around 2 or 3000 valor points earned for the season. I bought a piece of valor loot and my season total earned went down but now i earn half as many valor points, is this intentional? I was hoping for a max cap of valor points with no debuffs to valor earned from dungeons.

The tool tip isn’t showing the correct information, they’ve stated they’re working on fixing it, I would suggest just following the achievement progress info to track your valor, as of now the cap is 6400, if the achievement progress shows 6400, can’t get anymore until next week’s reset.
