Valor bonus is not applying to entire account as blue post states it should. I earned the required valor on my main. Only my characters on the same server have the buff. When can we expect a fix?
Here is what the blue post states:
Once you have collected 1000 Valor on a character on your account, all other characters on that account will have Valor point gains increased by 50% for the remainder of the week.
This is still true for me.
This is the case for me as well.

new lockout, same issue. 1020 valor on main, no buff.
Same again, have earned 1272. Logged out and started the game again. No buff on any toons since maintenance.
The buff is still not working cross realm. Working as intended?
This was working at one point cross realm but for some reason its not now. Also zirene said you have to be fully capped out on atleast one character so 1600 not 1000, which I am on my main.
