Every time I go to the valor and justice vendors in orgrimmar they just disappear when I walk up to them.
What’s up with that?
You probably have a quest to go to Grommash Hold that phases it out. Check out if you have any quests asking you to see Sylvanas, Nathanos, Nazgrim or other characters there.

Obviously you can’t find them so that’s the reason they don’t exist

This is happening to me too on my Priest I havn’t played in awhile. He was lvl 70 before lvl squish. I took him from 29 to 32 last night. I out grew my heirlooms and now need the gear and the mog unlocks. Gonna do the BFA intro quest to hopefully get in the right phase. Just another BAD DESIGN from your beloved , “Im just here for the paycheck blizz devs”
