The Valarjar Champion’s Greatsword has been greatly reduced in size. Now it’s just a low-rez sword.
Changing items after we spend tenders on them is not acceptable and we should be offered a refund. This is not the item I purchased.

I agree. But it does look better smaller.
a refund for money you didnt spend on a sword you will never use. next you’re gonna tell me you want warriors to dual wield shields.

Ofc, I agree it never should’ve happened- most people got that sword because it was stupid large anyway.
But the fact this happened at all, makes me think they oversized it by accident and ultimately wanted to shrink it down anyway.
It’s unfortunate.
Cool, they messed up, it’s their fault.
The consumer should not be the one suffering for their mistake.

They should’ve refunded everyone who bought an item if they changed it after.
Kind of a no-brainer. Feels illegal/wrong otherwise lol.
