Doing the Dragon Race Vakthros Ascent for the associated world quest is not making the quest as completed, nor is a reward being received. I did the race twice, the first being my first time doing the race on my account.

I came looking for this same comment. I got gold bronze and silver the first time I did it. I got no credit the second time either.
Can’t even get the timekeeper to start the race. It’s the last one for The Azure Span Tour. Still bugged I guess. 
Same here … Quest- Waygate: Vakthros … Can’t activate the flight path.
