Still broken - appears to drop the item only if you can nuke him down before he turns into a skeleton, requiring most classes to be north of 90 at least. I opened a ticket for the bug trying to get the scale, but after a half dozen back and forth comments support was unable to help me. Don’t waste your time unless you have the killing power to nuke him down fast.

Jan 2021, STILL broken. I got it once and have no idea how I got it. Ridiculous. Well at least I’m honored by now being lucky enough to get 2 boss kills. Now I get to farm kills for 10 rep per kill, a few daily’s and turning in dust just for potions that no longer matter!
