Our number 1 concept is around our 0 toxicity policy. We believe you should be able to achieve CE without all the negativity, yelling, toxic raid leading etc etc that comes with it. We believe it’s a video game first and foremost. We all have jobs and families and just want to enjoy our favorite hobby and play it at the highest levels!
In addition to raiding, we also really love to push keys, RBGs and chill in discord when we are not raiding.
Goals & Culture
As mentioned in the About section, the idea behind the guild is to eliminate the negativity that is typically associated with high end mythic raiding guilds. Our goal is to achieve CE and to do it in an enjoyable way without toxicity. However, there does need to be a balance between it not being a social guild and not being a total world 100 toxic guild. We do expect raid members to take seriously the required efforts outside of raid aka capping renown, pushing keys, filling your vault, knowing your class and keeping up to date on the latest updates, simming your toon, reviewing your logs to see where you can improve and where you may have not been at your best.
Raid time shouldn’t feel like a job but rather a place where your friends are at, and you look forward to after work. Otherwise, why are we even playing our beloved video game?!
We are looking for all types of players, ranging from skilled raiders, to high key pushers (MDI team maybe one day? :p) to RBGs and Arena.
Raid Schedule
- 9 hours a week raid schedule.
- During progression: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 8-11 EST (with a 10 min break at 9:30)
- We are currently looking for all classes and specs and roles.
Requirements:
- Some mythic raiding experience (Does not have to be this tier, but need to show logs)
- Willingness and ability to learn and be able to take constructive criticism
- Make sure you are well-informed about your class
- Regularly review your logs to see what you can improve on
- We are looking for active raiders and players, not raid loggers.
