Vagabonds torch crafting questions

Currently playing a frost mage using a single-target cleave build. I’m going to have a tailor craft consecrated cuffs as well as Vagabond’s Torch. I want both to be the most powerful that they can be crafted, but I dont know what embellishments to use to make each item as powerful for me as they can be. For the Consecrated Cuffs, for example, I’ve already purchased Dawnthread Lining, but not entirely sure that is the best choice. I will have an Enchanted Gilded Ethereal Crest for both items, but what else would I want to include? Also, to make each item as powerful as can be, do I have to buy the highest quality items, or can I buy 2 star items(like Exquisite Weavercloth Bolts or Gleaming Shards). So, I 'm asking for your expertise in having these crafted to be the best for me that they can be!

I dont know why the forums defaulted to my bank alt, but this is my mage

R3 mats or don’t bother. The most powerful crafting embellishment is Ascendency which you put on your Torch.

Do you know the best way to have Consecrated Cuffs crafted?

Writhing armor banding

thank you, I thought that based on research, but wasnt sure if it was still writhing banding in S3

Nothing has changed with this season. It’s still the Writing Banding on bracers and the Ascension Sigil on the weapon. The only reason it’s optimal to put the Sigil on an off-hand this time around is due to the cantrip weapons from the raid. That way you can have both procs. Or if you’re like me and got heroic bracers early from Timewalking and then the heroic cantrip staff from the raid you get to save some money on mats and do ~2% less DPS. :joy:

Phase One: Find tailor with max skill.
Phase Two: Send tailor max rank mats and a decent tip.
Phase Three: Profit.
