Working through the Shadowlands quest campaign, and the second memory of Uther is bugged. Instead of being ported to Stormwind, I end up disconnected and then falling through arathi to my death. Thankfully I have an umbrella. I tried to work around it by going to stormwind, but when I do, it ports me back to Bastion. I have also seen that this is an ongoing bug since October of last year. Any plans on fixing this? Or can you just give me the all the campaign quest rewards, gold and everything else that comes with finishing it, so we can call it a day?
There are several threads about this bug on the forum. The one solution that has worked for me was to drop all quests except “He was my student”. Also worth knowing: if you drop the quest while falling, the game generally teleports you back to the platform with Uther and the Kyrian. Best to have Goblin Gliders at the ready, at least 2, because you may be dropping over an active battlefront and flight form won’t be available.
