this is ruining the game for me. i cant stay on a remote desktop app all day at work just so i can avoid a 10 hour que when i get home to play wow.
it should be a bannable offense. its keep the servers full and i cant play the game.

not sure i just paid to transfer there to play with a new guild that recruited me. now i cant even log in to the game

So… were talking about this in the technical sense like the person is remoting into the PC that is currently playing the game to continue playing the game when they are not at that specific PC? but the inputs are not automated and they are only from one player?

If it was, you would have put this discussion where it belongs - in classic. Obviously the issue for you is queue times so talk about it over there. You won’t get the right attention your thread deserves here.
There is nothing that I’m aware of that says I can not remote to another device as long as I am not using some server farm. I can remote to my PC to keep an active connection by moving my mouse or jumping every 10 mins if I want to.
well thats a problem. they should consider this new technology and ban it asap

actually i was on the second floor of my parents mansion playing on my gateway 1995 so ya

By the way, why not have your butler just click the mouse every 10 min?

Blizz fixed the retail queue problem by adding in more servers. They are probably going to release Cata Classic soon and then everyone who came back for Classic will unsub as soon as that happens. The entire Classic world gets destroyed as soon as Cata is released.
