So because you “UPDATED” Tazavesh now i cant complete the SL quests tied to my alts until i get them to 80 and wait 5 days? Df you think i was gonna do during the wait? Please keep separate the ability to finish content from 2 expansions ago from the current one. Its cool your using old assets but again keep the ability to complete old content untied to the new stuff. Ij 2 of my alts I was going to grind Ardenweald souls shapes, since im on Rishi Wraps hold waiting for reinforcements lol

Not that I’m looking to go back to SL content myself anytime soon, but if Blizzard did that and broke some of the SL stuff related to Tazavesh, then that is a MAJOR oversight IMO.

Why? There’s still a Taza’vesh in the Shadowlands. How does having another in a different expansion change the Shadowlands one?

Some people like the Shadowlands. I did visit Tazavesh on a level 70 and it was doable except the last boss. It took me an hour to kill that final boss, apparently there was some kind of mechanic that I didn’t do, but I was to brute force it anyway.

If I had to guess, it might be because it was recycled wholesale.
Now that I sit and think about it, I vaguely recall wanting to take an alt I was in the process of leveling into somewhere to try farming something for transmog. I can’t remember specifically what instance it was (I want to say it was Tirna Scithe?), but it happened to be in the M+ rotation that season. As that character wasn’t max level, I pretty much got bodied the moment I stepped inside.
Anyway, as the item I was seeking was a mythic drop, until that instance came off the rotation, I literally could NOT send my alt army to run it in the hopes of getting my drop until the season was over.

The item level requirements for Tazavesh were changed, so max lvl DF gear isnt even good enough to go into that dungeon. But yeah to get some of the coolest cosmetics and pets, and mounts for depper character customization requires the higher renown track beyond 60 to unlock. But because its changed i cant even complete the SL content related Tazavesh quests, until i get my other toons up to this new content i lvl
Is OP referring to the Taza’vesh dungeons not being available currently? I thought they were just referring to SL quests involving Taza’vesh.
Yeah it does kinda suck when older dungeons are put in to the M+ rotation, because it means we can’t farm them easily for old mogs or mounts. Which means we couldn’t even try for it during Collector’s Bounty. Only way to loot it was via the Quantum Courser from Dawn of the Infinite.
The last dungeon mount I can loot in the game drops from Mechagon Junkyard and I couldn’t farm it at all in S2 since it was in the M+ rotation.
It also sucks when current expansion dungeons aren’t in the rotation either. Stonecore drops a mount and it was only obtainable in Season 1. Won’t be able to start farming it again until Midnight S1 :/.

Do youse have to be level 80 to do Siege of Boralus? Or did they take it out of rotation?
If I recall correctly. Normal mode doesn’t scale up but heroic and mythic do. Its just markets has no normal mode.
This annoys me as well. I don’t know why they can’t just make M+ rotation dungeons have a “current” mode, and/or the old ones have a “legacy” mode to choose from at the drop-down menu.
I’m not a programmer so I have no idea how much of a headache this would be, but I can’t imagine it being too insane?

Siege was only level 80 for S1, you’ve been able to go back and farm that one for ~6 months.

Thats weird not to have the current dungeons in the most current season but its also pretty lazy not to, idk “phase” a higher level version of the dungeons you plan on using in the seasons especially if they are the same dungeons. They should make “Season” versions of the dungeons they plan on using. This really does suck as i was going to work on my characters customizations while i wait on the rest of the newer content to drop. I have Troll alts so those dino/animal soul shapes are almost mandatory for character customization 
Honestly, it only bothers me because I want to farm the mount. Otherwise, I prefer there being different dungeons every season. It wasn’t fun running the same 8 dungeons for 2yrs straight, with them only be slightly modified between seasons.
Well, it won’t be in the rotation anymore in about six months which means you can go back then. Kind of surprised anybody waited until this season to even bother with that content. You basically had five years to get it done and now you wait until five minutes after there’s a new release. This is pretty much on you.
