I believe there was a food in BFA that would give you a speed boost after killing an enemy. The only problem is I can’t remember if the enemy killed had to reward xp or honor to trigger the effect. Maybe the others can explain it in a way that makes more sense.

Do the unlock for essences and that will get you to 50. Then just do emissaries for 3k a piece. It was easy as hell to get to 84 (prior vision of perfection 25% before pre-patch made it 89-90) on multiple characters. So all you need is just one minor slot (for ripple in space minor), unless you happen to have 3x longstrider pieces.
BEAR tartare, and yes it does work for enemies that don’t give xp. I used it extensively when I was farming Molten Core last year.
