Is anyone else still not quite used to seeing Troll Paladins out and about?
I ran across an AFK Troll Paladin sporting this set with the Tabard of the Lightbringer:
It’s my favorite Paladin set in the game, but it looked so odd on a Troll…

I’m totally addicted to being able to bubble and use my racial full heal in a M+ during a big pull. I call it out on coms because the healer can then focus on the rest of the group.
I do agree that tmog is tricky, I’m still not liking most anything … Best i came up with so far is:
Seeing? Yes.
Playing? No. But I think I’m just attached to my character as he is, especially after going 150+ rounds with Kruul in Legion for the flail. He is who he is.
They really don’t look right. They just don’t look beautiful and angelic like other races in pally gear. But apparently the lore for them is there so
I’d like if classes had racial names because it would feel more lore appropriate.
For example: Blood Elf Paladins are Blood Knights, Tauren Paladins are Sunwalkers, ZT Paladins could be Prelates, etc.
KT Druids are Thornspeakers, etc. Lots of cool potential here.
I think they look cool. (And night elves should get paladins too)
Hard pass.
We don’t need even more night elves.
I’m fabulous, thank you for asking.
My vote is for Void Elf Paladins. I don’t want to hear about the lore card because that ship has long sailed.
Tier 9 ( Liadrin’s Plate) is pretty good on zandalari paladins though.
I was about to say how silly that sounds since they’re VOID Elves, but then I had to look up what classes they can be.
Really Blizzard? The VOID Elves can be Priests?
Forget it, every race can be every class, it clearly doesn’t matter anymore.
I want Gnome Druids with kitten feral forms, NOW!
That will not work and plenty of lore stating why
Well I’ve leveled one. So yeah, I’m quite used to it.
I was used to them at day one because it meant I’d see less Blood Elf paladins.
I never realized how badly I wanted Gnome kitten feral forms until now.
they look ridiculous in traditional paladin gear.
in full plate they are just blood elves with weird feet
they are shadow priests by lore probably
They could go further and theme the abilities around the races as well. Like how druid forms are visually different based on the race.
I swear blood elf paladins used to have different seals than normal? Am I crazy?
I think that the only time I find them offputting it’s when I see a Zandalari in paladin t6 armor.
It just looks odd to me… or maybe the fact that I have a thing for male belf paladins wearing that armor might have some influence…
