as title says. URH CD reduction in mythic+ blatently not working with elemental shamans biggest cooldown.

Doesn’t work on ravenous frenzy either for balance druids. It actually seems to be adding time to the cooldown when the buff wears off.
It does not work for earth ele either, will lower the cd then when the buff runs out the earth ele cd goes back to what it was before.
