Not only have we not been able to pickup packages during surge pricing for weeks now, forcing everyone to stop participating. But now we can’t even complete this quest.
Did blizz just completely abandon the Undermine or what???
I had this problem a few times, ONCE it was due to not picking a cartel, but only once!
I did this on Monday on my alt who just did undermine skip, and could not compete it even though I was getting credit for shipping and handling during surge pricing.
