Thanks
I love Chiropractors!
Yes more straightened backs for the horde.
#stab we want upright undead
Lmao this is meta as hell
If Orcs and Forsaken can stand tall, so can Worgen.
It’s time WoW had chiropractors. Everyone should be able to break or fix their backs if they want to!
Let these undead folks transplant a new spine or something. I believe.
Nay, worgen are rabid dogs, they must go on all fours, biting people like the mangy and rabid animals that they are while waiting for someone to put an end to their miserable existence.
“a beast with a hat is still a beast”
+1
Undead should be my favorite race…and it is, I simply can’t stand them being hunched over.
Blizz made a lot of progress with the Undead updates with Shadowlands now they need to go the rest of the way and give undead the ability to stand up straight.
Being Undead shouldn’t mean scholiosis.
Another major issue with the hunched-over spine, is when the Forsaken female characters sit down the hunch causes them to head but the edge of tables in the game. Seriously sit down a forsaken female at a table and watch her head butt the table edge over and over.
I actually think the Undead look pretty cool both ways – hunched and straight. I doubt the straight back casting animations would be as cool though as what the hunched Undead have.
I would be happy just to see the Human Model of Nathanos for the Forsaken. That way I could easy just go Forsaken and leave the Alliance if that ever happens.
Forsaken Paladins and Void Elf paladins are equally stupid requests to me. The Light would make both of them explode. Not getting into a big speal about how the current Void Elves are a total lazy rip-off of Blood Elves, they don’t need any more Blood Elf stuff which is basically just Paladins and Silvermoon at this point.
But an upright posture for Forsaken should have already been in the game.
Sir Zeliek would like a word. One of the original four horseman who canonically was still a paladin by his use of the Light, despite straight up being an agent of the Lich King. In fact his original dialogue included him saying he didn’t want to do those things. In fact a “Ask CDev” basically argued that it’s not that it would kill him (as a DK) to use the Light, but rather that he’d just “hate his own existence.” So… it’s not really against the rules, as such, just that specific situation being really tedious.
We also have evidence, from “Before the Storm,” that Forsaken can absolutely use the Light. It’s implied to be a bit of a feeling, but nothing that can’t be shrugged off.
Not to mention that of the Paladin races they all “follow” different things. The Tauren worship An’she, Zandalari Trolls don’t even worship the Light at all but rather their Loa. The extremely small number of Night Elf Paladins (chiefly the Moonfangs, Alynblaze, part of Azshara’s Champions) appear, at best, to be worshipping Elune.
If a Paladin doesn’t need to literally worship the Light (probably best shown with Zandalari Trolls) then Void Elves have no reason they couldn’t worship something enough to draw power from it.
lol imagine blizz reading this and hotfixing a hunch for every death knight player
Yes, Undead CAN use the Light. They COULD be Paladins. But channeling the Light causes them immense pain and revives their senses which lets them quite literally feel their own undeath. Being seared by the Light, feeling their own rot, smelling it, tasting it. Very few of them use the Light by choice, and not without repercussion. Especially Sir Zeliek, who was forced to use it and suffer the full effects against his will.
So imagine you getting a job where you had to rip off a fingernail each week. You could theoretically do it, you have fingernails. But I sincerely doubt many people would apply for that position.
Tauren Sunwalkers and Zandalari Prelates are not Paladins in the same way that Blood Elves and Humans are Paladins. Lorewise, they are “Paladin like” but Blizzard really stretched it just to give us options to play. I agree they do not worship the Light. Sunwalkers are more like Sun-shaman and Prelates are more like Holy-infused warriors.
Light and Void are incompatible. Void Elves are the #1 top of the list on “Races that should not be Paladins.” I know that the lore doesn’t matter to many people anymore, but the races need some kind of distinction and honestly VEs have been leeching just about everything from BEs and we have gotten nothing in return. They are supposed to be an allied race, not a complete copy.
Forsaken deserve Paladins, and those poor guys should be shown in total agony.
Love it when people say this but don’t know the context.
A dev said this over alliance players wanting high elves… guess what happened? You guys eventually got high elves.
We’re all playing a game, learn to have some fun
Lets have some Maldraxxi models as well. Liche and skeleton warrior.
I think that’s the joke they were making
