I’ve had this build for many years, unsure what I’d be looking to upgrade
i5 6500
GTX 950
8GB ram (I’ll get another 8 regardless)
b150m mortar (idk if motherboard is relevant)
looking to keep it as a budget build, really only play wow with some counter strike here and there

If you’re wanting a prebuilt computer, I would check deal websites like www.slickdeals.com or www.dealnews.com daily for a great value on a pre-built computer. There maybe a delay from when you start searching and a great deal presents itself. Generally, I’ve seen the best deals available during the Black Friday time period.
Since you have a b150, you can only upgrade to a 7700, unless you change motherboard as well
July 7th is when Ryzen 3000 series launch
Since you have to spend on new motherboard and CPU regardless, hold out till July 7th

Get a new build with a Ryzen X3900 CPU when it comes out, RTX 2080 Ti, 16GB RAM a 512GB M.2 SSD and a 144hz monitor and you will be golden.
