Upgrading carved crests to runed crests

The achievement requires having every item no longer need those crests so if you are trying to get out of carved then yes every item has to be at whatever item level it is (which I think is whatever 4/8 champion is since 5 and beyond take runed).

And I am also 99% you can’t do something stupid like use a non supported trinket like an agi/int trinket for a strength user in hopes of cheesing it…it has to be something coded that your class could’ve naturally received from whatever content source it came from.

I’ve done 5 or 6 toons now all the way up to the runed one (all are 660+ ilvl).

This!

You’re the third person to say this, I have to believe it’s wilful ignorance at this point.

Ok. So my rogue, who i fought mightily to get to carved last weekend, sits at 649. I don’t think Ive touched that alt since then. Her breakdown:

Two crafted stabbers: 658
Circlet ring: 658
Hero helm: 652
Hero neck: 652
Hero hand: 655
Hero ring: 652
Champ shoulder: 645
Champ back: 645
Champ chest: 645
Champ wrist: 645
Champ waist: 645
Champ legs: 645
Champ boots: 645
Champ trinks: 645 each

I think when I hit carved, I upgraded the hero slots by whatever runed I had at the time. So 645 was the benchmark to hit carved, and the extra was thrown onto hero gear to get the most out of the crests.

When I work on getting to the runed mark, my circlet ring and my stabbers will be ready to go at 658. Everything else needs upgrades to get to that point.

They could try eacquiring their circlet.
