Recently Dream Crafted my crafted pvp boots and the PVE Ilevel went up as expected, however the pvp ilevel stayed the same. Is this a bug? A known issue?

Bump, same issue
Pretty sure this issue can only happen to those who crafted gear using conquest trophies obtained before season 3 start, which were all converted to gray 450 ilvl tokens. Your only recourse is going to be to recraft it with a new conquest trophy or an honor trophy to replace the old trophy.
figured it out, we didnt use the conquest token from the quest to upgrade
