I got everything EXCEPT for the transmog, which is literally the thing I wanted the most, is this a bug?

You should probably read about the things you’re purchasing. It says on the store page the outfit won’t be available until MoP Classic Prepatch.

It says right on the post that the outfit won’t be available until MoP Classic pre-patch. I think it’s Classic Only.
