How do I upgrade my current 210 legendary BM necklace to 291? I have the necessary Cosmic Flux and missives but I think I need a new Memory of the Fragments of Elder Antlers?
Buy or craft the upgraded shell piece you want and then take it to the Legendary Crafter guy and say “I want to upgrade an existing Legendary.” and you just plug in your current legendary, then the upgrade piece, and it will make it with the upgraded ilvl.
You also need to buy (or craft) the base 291 Runecarving item.
You do not need a new memory, the memory’s are a recipe you learn it once and then you’re done.

You don’t need new missives if you’re upgrading a legendary, just a new Runecarving item of the desired ilvl.
But unless you’ve got a ton of gold to throw around, I wouldn’t craft the Antlers one. When you reach revered with the Enlightened, you can buy and craft the Unity memory which will transform into that spec’s covenant legendary automatically.
