To be honest I dont like the sounds of any of those mounts. Can we get a killer armored fluffy rabbit with fangs!

although i see how the votes are going i really have to wonder why anyone would vote for another reskin of the freaking yeti which is logically exactly what its gonna be
They are doing a bad job of advertising this. That is a second player I have asked that actually still plays the game and they had no idea this was going on…
So not only does it already feel a bit inclusive as a majority of the base might not be able to vote. As I believe voting is done before pre-patch.
Even with the people that are loyal enough to stay can’t even see this event is going on. Or in my case see what they are voting for.
Why even go through the trouble of this?
Anyways I’ve had a couple of people inform me what they would pick. Caterpillar and Nerubian. I been trying to poke around and ask whoever I get to. Since I haven’t been able to vote yet.
I can’t wait to see the results!
While the option to choose is cool (thanks for letting us do this), some sketches or pictures is really needed to make a more educated decision. Not to mention the little disclaimer at the bottom of the main thread is a little worrisome because it could potentially ruin what I am thinking about in my head: Mount names and descriptions are in development and subject to change.
So, I went with the Soaring Spelltome because it’s something unique we don’t already have and it’s a flying mount. Reasons I eliminated the following:
Wandering Ancient – Signifies a ground mount. Could be interesting, but most likely one of those giant mounts I rarely use.
Nerubian Swarmer – I’m tired of bugs. They never end up looking that great to me.
Curious Caterpillar – This would be a good concept if it could change into a butterfly and be a flying mount, but since there is no indication of this being anything than a fat ground mount I am not that invested. If that could happen, I would change my vote!
Gooey Slimesaber – Again signifies another ground mount. While I like cats, we already have a bunch of cat mounts. In my mind I’m visualizing some kind of swamp monster cat, so without a picture I am afraid this could end up being a bad choice.
somewhat predictably the lotr leafbeard style mount is winning.
It’s possible they haven’t even created the concept art yet themselves!
