Same here be on my shaman on top of the ent his smashing and I’m throwing all kinds of elemental at the enemy totally wicked
I went with the cata I don’t care for the gigantic mount’s personally to bulky may be cool to just sit on but for riding around will be annoying like most overly large mounts are At least i think I like the medium size mount’s
Just make that curious caterpillar, turn into a Monarch butterfly with a progression system, not that would be cool. Mount progression system… earn that instead of finding or buying.

Because it will look like every other ancient currently in the game and I think they are all ugly.
Because I don’t like large mounts. All they are good for is promoting obnoxious behavior like sitting on mailboxes and NPCs so folks can’t find/use them.

Because any number of reasons that mean I don’t have to want the same thing you want.
Unfortunately, folks will vote for what they can visualize and the tree is the only thing easily visualized other than the cat, and we have too many of those already in game, so the tree will probably win. Just another mount in the vast array of mounts that I won’t ever use. But, it’s a mount that will get me closer to the next mount achievement (if they ever add one…come on 450 mount achievement!!) so I’m happy about that at least.

What about [Slippers of Tormented Soles]: Attach a pair of Vulpera to your feet and command them to crawl, enabling you to cross scorching sands and other hot surfaces without suffering fire damage.
I think this video is why folks seem to be flocking to this option. But they (and obviously you for sure) aren’t thinking about where the models you find so “cool” come from.
WoW will never implement anything even remotely close to the look of the LotR version of the trees. We will get one of the large, ugly, bulky ancients with some strange placement of the seat we see in WoW.
What your mind is showing you isn’t what you will get when your tree wins. And you will be sorely disappointed.

No. No one wants another oversized mount that can’t even fit through doors. Big and dumb tree? No thanks. Sad that all the casuals and braindead are wanting another oversized tree as a mount. BORING. Caterpillar or gtfo
