It has now been 11 years since we got our updated models back in WoD. Which was about 10 years after WoW came out. Which means it’s time for another round of updated models.
Probably too late to do it in midnight, but the last titan for sure.

Like the models themselves are fine. If they did anything they should increase the texture quality of them. Maybe smooth out some rougher polygons. But i don’t think they need to rebuild them from the ground up again.
I’d rather them focus on adding customization to them.

It’s a huge risk every time they do this. Changes might rub some people the wrong way and people get very cross when you mess up their characters.
Since when are character models considered housing decor?

Since we make up stuff to be angry about. what if the house has a mirror? I want to see the best version of me in that mirror. .. but is it really? doubtful.

Housing decor is just the start, it will be expanded out. Give it an expansion and soon everything will be Heathsteel rather than real currency.
Laugh all you want - as soon as housing was announced as the core feature of Midnight I said it’d be aggressively monetised. People rubbished that idea and now look.
When hearthsteel was first datamined people rubbished everyone who said it’d be in Midnight… and then Blizzard made a blog post confirming it.

The last thing we need is Blizz taking another crack at making the Forsaken look even more sad and distended… which is what they did to them last time, IIRC.
