We’re seeing max levels as well as leveling toon in major cities now. Seems we can’t cheese the spawns. :frowning:

Update: 5:13pm PDT, They turned layering back on and the Goblin now scales.

But you can warmode and go at the exodar instead as anyone leveling in the draenei islands literally have to leave and come back to turn on warmode

I wouldn’t be surprised if they combined WM and Normal into the cities as well. lol

Still though if they let the exodar have loot goblins spawning

You may have just got yourself a free spot to farm

Checking the people in the middle of SW there are people who have WM on. Looks like everything is shared.

Warmode never phased you out in major cities.

According to EU the rotation is

Stormwind - Ohnahran - Orgrimmar - Azure - Stormind - Thaldraszus - Orgrimmar - Valdrakken - Stormwind - Waking Shores - Orgrimmar

so it only goes to org and sw in the old world

True but for SW and orgrimmar

Go to exodar in warmode or darnassus pre BFA in warmode

You’ll never see anyone leveling there with warmode up because the minor cities aren’t given crz exemption

Damn well guess farming is gonna be in mostly dragon isles

UPDATE: They turned layering back on and the Goblin now scales. Some servers are having slight sync issues because of the change. (not always at the top/half of the hour)
