With high/full pop servers there should have been more than one hearthstone table, even with low/normal there should be more than just one table for players to play on.
Thrown together and poorly planned.

FYI for those that like to do things on their main and not an alt… DO NOT log into an alt first, because you ONLY get the mail on ONE character to start the event!

You can play cards standing around it. You don’t have to be at the board.
I didnt get mail at all on any character. Or the mount when logging into HS.
Oh, yeah. Talk to the nearby shady dealer for cards if you want quest completion asap.
I don’t see any option for this.

This is amazingly broken. Mount isn’t being delivered. Only one table that two people can use at a time. The rare showed it was spawning in Valdrakken and then the bar disappeared.
