With a hotfix that is now live on all realms, Whizbang’s portal should now spawn simultaneously in all three locations, every hour.
This should continue for the duration of the Hearthstone’s 10th Anniversary event.
That’s much better… Now, if only I could get the mount or the hat to drop…
Cool fix, now if only the loot would drop for me instead of nothing at all 
I only got useful drops the first kill.
Every kill since then it was wild cards.
I can confirm that phone version of hearthstone does work. This is what I did. Thanks for the response. I was able to get the fiery hearthsteed.
And if I understand, it’s like every hour an event happens in stormwind and you can get some goodies from that, like the 36 slot bag and a hearthstone themed mount and some other stuff. Seems similar to the diablo 4 event actually now that I think about it.
It’s literally the same thing as the Diablo crossover. They just removed the goblin and added 3 mini bosses.
Hmm ok does it change spots randomly each hour as well. Wonder if there is a weak aura yet that determines where it is going to be spawning at each hour.
Nah, it spawns in all 3 spots at once now. That was hotfixed a little while ago. There is a WeakAura for this event but since that hotfix it’s kind of irrelevant.
Just curious because I remember the diablo 4 one and it rotated between each city each hour. So I wasn’t sure if it was the same thing for this event to.
Also curious how long the event is. Does it end in may? I see some sources saying late march and others saying may.
That’s how it was working, yeah. As I said, they hotfixed it.

They hot fixed it…now the portals will spawn at the top the hour at each site now…so all you got to do is park a toon at one of 3 spawn sites and just be there at the right time now…no more trying to figure out which one shou

The Hearthstone Anniversary event starts on March 11th and ends on March 18th at 10 AM (PST).
Yah Apparently its durotar. Not org. Alot of publications are stating org. So I missed the recent hour. Oh well.
Now I am just curious how long the event is.
I could of sworn wowhead stated may. But I could be wrong. Also one of the spawn points is 100 percent in durotar and not orgrimmar.
So we have 7 days which is good.
It’s good they made the portals all spawn together.
Now what are chances something gets done of about the drops of what is supposed to be a “celebration” cross over. Easy answer they’ll do a “oh dont worry, it’ll be in the trading post soon”
otherwise it’s a “thanks for being part of the 10 year celebration, sucks ya got nothing but hey at least you tried”.
They should have used the wild cards as bad luck protection instead. Only available from the boss and you could trade them in for whatever you couldn’t get to drop during the event.
But you see, that would have made sense.
With the changes that went in during the reset, I rescind my prior statement. It’s not an exciting event, but it’s doable now and an enjoyable enough way to get rewards.
